Details:

According to Earl, reflow isn't work as desired. See 
the discussion thread associated with this message:

My perhaps naive diagnosis is that the message in question
is asking for reflow, which causes mhonarc to use <tt>
tags instead of <pre> tags, which messes up the spacing
in ascii art by collapsing multiple spaces. Apparently Earl 
is not happy with that behaviour.
