Follow-up Comment #3, bug #12802 (project mhonarc):
I was not aware that this field was a raw value. For some reason it was the
subject field in the generated messages. I am guessing that I did not set up
the mrc file properly because I did not use $SUBJECT$.
The subject field shows up as follows in the output messages:
<!-- MHonArc v2.6.10 -->
<!--X-Subject: Re: Basing ... -->
<!--X-From-R13: "Rvvv" <vvv...> -->
<!--X-Date: 8 Apr 2005 03:55:46 -0000 -->
<!--X-Message-Id: 003b01c53vv$vvv4095c45(_at_)D7VQX661 -->
<!--X-Content-Type: text/plain -->
<!--X-Reference: d33vvvv0(_at_)vvvvv -->
<!--X-Head-End-->
<!--X-Body-Begin-->
<!--X-User-Header-->
<!--X-User-Header-End-->
<!--X-TopPNI-->
<!--X-TopPNI-End-->
<!--X-MsgBody-->
<!--X-Subject-Header-Begin-->
<!--X-Subject-Header-End-->
<!--X-Head-of-Message-->

My mrc file specifies subject for the current message in one place:
<FIELDORDER>
from
subject
date
-extra-
</FIELDORDER>
I guess this causes the raw value to be emitted. So from what you are saying,
it seems I should be using $SUBJECT$ instead.
