Follow-up Comment #2:

I'm going to do a little research on this.  It appears there
may be a fix for this.  Unfortunately, ADDRESSMODIFYCODE
never sees the "cid:" prefix, so no expression for it can
work-around the problem.

It appears the fix must be in mhonarc's address detection
code and to check for cid: before invoking ADDRESSMODIFYCODE.
A problem is that someone could "hide" real email addresses
in a message by prefixing it with "cid:".
