Details:

Sometimes when generating the threaded indexes, MHonArc orders the resource
sections in way that forces incorrectly formed XML to be generated.

This happens when the TSubListEnd and TLiNoneEnd closing tags appear in the
wrong order (TLiNoneEnd closing the TSubListEnd portion of the document).
TLiEnd is also out of place in some cases, closing the wrong tag
occasionally.

Attached is an example of the incorrect output order. The expected output is
TLiNoneEnd and TSubListEnd in reversed order.
