[Limitation]
One workaround is to not use keepspace and nonfixed
options.
Instead, customizing the header to include a
CSS stylesheet. In your CSS, you can modify
the rendering of <pre> to use a non-fixed font.
This should provide the visual effect you desire
and the URL matching you desire.
