Details:
It appears that most of these are fixed in MHonArc 2.1.19, however two issues
remain:
~/MHonArc-2.6.19 $ perl -c -I ./lib ./lib/mhopt.pl
Can't use 'defined(%hash)' (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?) at
./lib/mhopt.pl line 868.
~/MHonArc-2.6.19 $ perl -c -I ./lib ./lib/mhamain.pl
Can't use 'defined(%hash)' (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?) at
./lib/mhamain.pl line 1565.
