Hello, I have been banging my head to the wall for a week trying to
find the best solution to the following situation ( and my head's
beginning to get soft :) )
First what I need to do and how my "boss" says it MUST be done.
I need to create an easy to use easy to maintain helpdesk. And every
self respecting helpdesk got to have a FAQ.
Each day about there's say about 30 new answers sent to the FAQ by
a number of different people.
I have decided to build this FAQ using MHonArc cause I am pretty
familiar in customizing it. Now to the problem... this boss wants
that each answer is just 2 clicks away from the FAQ -main page. And
this 2 is a very constant number.
So basicly what I think the structure for the FAQ should be is
something like this:
TOPIC
------------> question & answer
question & answer
Even having some say 50 answers to a TOPIC makes the answer page
a mess if not well organized.
I've been fiddling with creating a tablized mhonarc.rc for the
question & answer -page wich would be something like this:

But building a mhonarc.rc which would do this exceeds my imagination
atleast at this hour.
So, if anyone got had answer at all to this thriller or has
had a similar problem before, well.. I would beg for help.
