Re: mhexternal.pl and application/vnd.* MIME types

I have added "ext" and "type" argument support to mhexternal.pl.
Example usage:

<mimeargs>
application/octet-stream:ext=aos type="Application data"
</mimeargs>

Note that no '.' is included as part of the ext argument.  It is
implied automatically.

This functionality will be available in the next alpha release of
v2.0.
