Anyways, I
was wondering how it deals with multiple attachments. I tried to scan an
mbox with messages with multiple attachments and it didn't quite get it
The messages with attachments only create one file.

You are going to have be more specific on what you mean by "it didn't
quite get it right".  If the messages you are processing are using
MIME, then attachments will be processed in a way specified by
the content-type filter for the particular attachment.  For example,
text/plain attachments will appear in-line with rest of the message
body.  However, a postscript attachment will be put in a separate
file, and a link to it added to the message body.  See the MIMEFILTERS
