MHonArc on WinNT

I am trying to set up MHonArc on a Windows NT 4.0 Server.  I have no
knowledge of Perl and am unable to edit the scripts to successfully install
MHonArc.  

If anyone has any experience with installing on NT, please respond to me
with any suggestions.  Thanks!
