Corruption

So, my .mhonarc.db, maillist.html, and threads.html have all become corrupt in 
that they have zero length (i.e. no contents).  I've seen the script to rebuild 
the DB, but I don't see any way to reconstruct the threads and date indices.  
Any help for that???
