Help needed with using MHonArc to convert email with MIME

Hi,
I have just installed MHonArc and attempted to use it to convert a
single email message containing gif images.
I used the command mhonarc -single < mail1 > file1.html  as instructed.
However, the resultant html file (file1.html) did not display exactly as
the original mail file (mail1).

I noted that the original mail file had lines as shown below:
