Email headers - how to add <A HREF..> links

Is is possible to add <A HREF ..> </A> links to email headers like
"from", "subject", etc.?

More specifically, I wanted to point it to another CGI script.  Would
parsing the information using the current comments (<!-- -->) be
sufficient or is there an easier way?
