Stupid question for a "no new message"

Hi,

I 've just installed MH 2.2.0 and I would like to re-archive all my mailing
list : I kept all the original messages in directories and I type this line
:
mhonarc -savemem -outdir /u/f/test/ -rcfile my.rc /u/f//liste/archive/*

And I 'v got a "no new message" instead of a new MH archive ??
What's the problem ?

I would like to do it from scratch... How ?
