This message should be mentioned in the Diagnostics section of the
documentation. It means that mhonarc was unable to establish a lock on
the archive. This can be due to the following reasons: another
mhonarc process is working on the archive, or previous mhonarc process
abnormally terminated leaving the lock behind. If the later, delete
the lock file and try again. Or use -force (see the FORCE resource
page for more info).
