Is there anyway to specify where the threads will appear on a thread index
page? For example, I want to make a 2x2 table on the thread index page.
The first row contains some customized image. The first column of the
second row contains some instructions and the second column of the second
row (the low right cell) will contain all the mail threads.
Also, is it possible to suppress the date index reference show on the top
of the thread index page?
