I've searched through the documentation and this mailing list's archives but
can't find the answer to this.
By default, when you generate a date index page, it looks like this:

Is there an option where you can specify the header to print instead of the
"From:" header lines indented above?
For example, I want the date index page to substitute the "From:" header line
with the "Date:" header like this:
