Stupid request for help

Dear people.
Not long ago it was in the mailing list.
I even archived it for further use... but cannot find it
nor do the manuel help...

I have corrupted the .mhonarc.db and the index.html of an archive.

The sv.rc file used for this archive is fine, all the html files are fine,

I just cannot find the command that will re build the .mhonarc.db file
and index.html from the html files.

Can some one tell me this or where to look for?
