Exactly what part of the archive reference are you refering to.
The archives at <http://www.mhonarc.org/archive/html/> are actually
managed with MHArc, which uses MHonArc and other tools.
The top index page giving the month listing for each archive is
generated by mharc. The pages for each month archive is generated
by MHonArc (which is called by a mharc script).
