I only have one list I'm archiving and mharc is way more complex than a few
lines to .procmailrc...
(it took my about 10 minutes to get the list going using .procmailrc... in
contrast to an hour with mharc and I was still confused)
Let me be a bit more clear; of the features mharc provides:
1. Automatic processing of incoming mail (via Procmail ).
2. Support for multiple archives for multiple lists.
3. Archives organized by monthly or yearly time periods.
4. Full-text searching (via Namazu ).
5. Raw mail archives to complement, and backup, the HTML-based archives.
6. Page layout customization (via MHonArc ).
7. Apache HTTP server configuration files for controling access to your
archives.
I don't need 2, 4, 5, or 7
I have 1 and 6 already
all I need and want that I don't already have is
3. Archives organized by monthly or yearly time periods.
