Does the X-Message-Id entry exist in every html message file
generated by mhonarc?
Yes.
If the original message-id does not exist, mhonarc auto-creates
one. However, if auto-created, it may not be the same if
an archive is re-created from the original messages.
If this may be an issue for you, you can pre-process the
messages to verify that there is a message-id, and if not,
create one before mhonarc sees it.
