Disable inlining

Hello,

I've been trying a bit, but have no idea how to do that:
I'd like to disable inlining. All of it. I want _all_ of the attachments to be 
shown as attachmens, not as a part of the body. Regardless of the 
content-disposition field, regardless of everything.
How to achieve that?
