I would like to know how to write a filter. I have a few plugins I want to
convert
which I wrote for my own simple text indexer. They have the form seen
below.

Currently, no documents of "how to write a filter" in any launguage is
available, except the source code.

I know many people are wishing such document. On the other hand,
Satoru Takabayashi, the first Namazu author, is planning and coding
new version of Namazu (Namazu 3). Therefore, if I write such document,
it will be obsoleted soon...

Is the development of v3 open? I would be interested in getting involved.
Do you have a contact or web site?

Peter Marelas
