In Windows, LANG must be set to 'ja_JP.SJIS', instead of 'ja'.
It seems that you uses Windows environment. Namazu is designed for
Unix environment primary. So running on Windows environment is slower
than Unix.
I think the performance of Win32 port of perl is the biggest factor.
