What exactly do you mean? If you want indexing done on META
information, that is done already (TITLE is also meta information).
Do you want to index on other things like LINK, SCRIPT, STYLE that come
in the header?

done, are changed ?
How else would it happen? Unless the engine reads directly from the
source files everytime. Of course, then you wouldn't need an index in
the first place right?
