Installing Namazu for Windows (ON Win NT)

Hey Guy:
I'm trying to install Namazu on windows.  I download Namazu for win32 but
when I unzip the zip file to read the readme it's in some unreadable format.
I'm guessing the readme has the installation instruction in it.  If anyone
has installed Namazu on window please let me know how you did it.
