correctly. I think you should be under the case.
How about "http://www.namazu.org/index.html.en";? It is the real
filename.
I wanted to access to this page because I needed a hint on how to set up an
inquiry correctly. The one I set up does not work properly.

AFAIK, the "INPUT" element requires "TYPE" attribute
