I installed the apache server on both a windows, a linux and a solaris server.
Apache accepts both (forward) slash and back slash without complaining on both
plattforms. Though I beleave both slashes are allowed I corrected my inquiry
form to at least keep it consistent.

I get my results on the first attempt.
It looks to me as if types, names and values needs to be lowercase and quoted.
names and values, yes, types, no. Also, you have to use / instead of \
in a url. see your A HREF...
