* If -a option is specified, everything can be displayed. ex) bnamazu
-a query index
* If the display beginning number is specified by -w option, it can

be displayed. ex) bnamazu --max=50 query index
Okay, bnamazu with the -a option lets me show all results in
a huge page. But if I remember correctly once it was
possible to show the results in a browser window similiar to
this (copied from emacs):
Current List: 1 - 30
Page: [1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18]
If I remember correctly again this was the output even if
started without any other option as -b for the browser.
