I've found what I believe to be a bug in repl's handling of components
in the repl format file. Specifically:

Notice that in each case, there's an un-asked-for space before the comma.
Bill Wohler (wohler(_at_)sap-ag(_dot_)de) confirms the same bug (at least for
%{message-id}) in MH 6.7.1, so I guess it's not an IBM goof.
