rcvstore -alert verses rcvtty

In mh6.5 I made changes to rcvstore to add a -alert flag.  This caused
it to do what rcvtty does plus I could provide %{folder} and %(msg)
values in my scan line.  This allowed me to immediately react to
incomming mail without have to figure out where it was.  Would this
functionality be something that others would like to have?
