command folders prints a bad list (the solution)

Hello.

The solution of my problem is in the suggested patches from Lawrence R. Rogers.

I have a symbolic links in my main folder and so the link count is wrong. With 
the two patches (for uip/folder.c and uip/flist.c), I again see all my folders.
