[PATCH] prevent segfault when ~/.mh_profile doesn't end in newline

Hello Richard Coleman and other nmh developers,

Attached is a small patch that fixes the segmentation fault that occurs 
when a user's ~/.mh_profile doesn't end in a newline.  The fix was 
originally developed by Peter Maydell 
<pmaydell(_at_)chiark(_dot_)greenend(_dot_)org(_dot_)uk> 
for the Debian version of MH.
