Patch to persuade NMH-0.27 to honour QMAILUSER environment variable.

Last Thursday our mail system committed suicide when it's root disk
failed mechanically. The resurrected system was missing the patch to
persuade Qmail to rewrite From: lines for MH/nmh users into the
correct form and so I've developed the following little hack to
persuade nmh's post to honour the QMAILUSER variable.

Whilst this appears to be a fairly simple patch, please note that I've
*only* tested that it fixes the address returned by adrsprintf() which
post(8) uses to construct the From: line it sends.

NB: Note that it only changes the behaviour if you #def'd QMAIL somehow
    when building nmh.
