I agree; I think it would be helpful to be slightly more confident that
what you're checking in hasn't broken something by accident. I think
it ought to go in CVS -- it's the obvious place and it encourages
people to write tests as they add features.
I just added what I have to CVS. Obviously there is lots of room for
improvement.
