[Nmh-workers] Simple question

Dear nmh-workers,

When using repl, how do you cause a line like

"Stewart W. Wilson" <wilson(_at_)prediction-dynamics(_dot_)com> wrote:  

to appear above the message you are replying to?
I can't find this anywhere in the on-line nmh book.
