[Nmh-workers] miscellaneous proposed changes along the way

I'm wondering if we can agree on the following changes along the way:

 o  Can we just use exit() instead of done()?

 o  Can we just use strcpy() instead of getcpy()?

 o  Can we just use fprintf() instead of advise() adios(), admonish(), and 
advertise()?

 o  Can we just use atoi() instead of m_atoi()?

 o  Can we just use strcpy() instead of copy()?

 o  Can we get rid of the nmh versions of strcasecmp(), strncasecmp(), and 
strdup()

I'm sure that there are more like this.
