[Nmh-workers] nmh 1.5-1 package available for Cygwin

Hi,

nmh is now available as a Cygwin package.  setup provides
it in the Mail category.

The version is 1.5-1.  It's based on 1.5-RC2 plus patches
to deal with filesystems that don't support hard links.
Those fixes are on the nmh master branch so they won't be
necessary with the next release.
