Josh Bressers is the mailing list admin; I think he's the one who can help

Sorry for the delay, I've been busy and not checked the list lately.
Sadly there's nothing I can do here. Your best bet would be to mail
the nongnu folks and see if they can do anything. I'm not willing to
turn off bounce processing as generally it's quite useful.
