BTW, this reminds me, this is also the reason why I grumble about having nmh
make everything a MIME message by default. I seem to recall that it's very
hard or impossible to make pagers work properly, especially if you want to pipe
the output into something.
So, a couple of things:
- A single message, with a text/plain part, we should handle fine. Currently
in mhshow we probably handle this suboptimally, but there's no reason
this can't be improved. mmh, for example, solved this particular issue.
On my list for 1.6.
- It occurs to me that by default mhshow probably shouldn't try to display
items with a Content-Disposition of "attachment".
