[Nmh-workers] Request for -retainsequences in more commands

The refile command has a -retainsequences switch, which causes moved message to 
retain their membership in
sequences. I would like to request a similar feature in other nmh commands 
which change the order of messages in a
folder. Specifically, sortm and folder (with the -pack switch).
