[Nmh-workers] The world is a slightly better place this morning

The good folks in charge of PHPMailer fixed the issue I reported with
an invalid CTE for multipart MIME parts (and rather promptly!):

Obviously it will take a while for various sites to deploy the fixed
version of PHPMailer, but at least the core problem has been corrected.
