Thinking about this a bit more ... two things come to mind.
- Have show not pass -concat/-noconcat to mhl. Would be a pain.
Would it be that bad? Just add another msgs_array to be used
with mhl.
I guess you could create two different msgs_arrays, one to be used with
mhl and one to be used with mhshow, but making -concat/-noconcat a no-op
would be easier. If you're writing the code, it's your call.
