It only took a month to mix the information from reading
exim and nmh documentation, more documentation from exim4 and a
couple of pointers from helpful folks to finally make it work.
Recall when I said I felt the SMTP MTS was better for nearly all users?
This is exactly what I was talking about; all you should have had to do
was read post(8) and mh-profile(5) and you should have been all set;
that should have been like 30 minutes at most, not a month.
