repl(1):
To avoid reiteration, repl strips any leading `Re: ' strings from
the subject component.
sortm(1):
If this field is “subject”, any leading "re:" is stripped off.
I sent an email with the subject "Pub × 2.". That's also what was in
the email I dcc'd myself. (Perhaps I'm doing something wrong there.)
The reply had a subject of "=?UTF-8?B?UmU6IFB1YiDDlyAyLg==?=" and its
"Re: " wasn't removed when I went and repl'd it.
$ base64 -d <<<UmU6IFB1YiDDlyAyLg==; echo
Re: Pub × 2.
