[Nmh-workers] Changes to rmm.man

- formatting, mostly
- don't make NOT bold

This page refers to rmmproc.messageid, which should be available
in '%nmhetcdir%', i.e. /usr/local/etc/nmh. While rmmproc.messageid
is in my source tree, it has not been installed to '%nmhetcdir%'
