INSTALL, and FAQ. The FAQ lists a few other references.
of nmh messages, even those that are base64 encoded is likely to
survive for a long time.
mhfixmsg(1) can be used to decode base64 in messages. By default,
it transforms the message in place. The -outfile switch puts the
decoded message in a different file.
