Re: Question re mh -e

2020-08-25 23:07:03
I'm not a programmer, so I don't know or understand any of this. I did
amaze myself by including the script in my ~/.emacs file without emacs
giving me an error but it doesn't actually seem to do anything.

Perhaps I will try ken's suggestion.

I do appreciate your taking the time to try to help.

Thank you

Arthur

Forgive the random post from left field, but... back when I was actively
using MH-e, I had some custom elisp to add this. I'm reluctant to heartily
recommend code that I last touched almost 20 years ago, but in case you're
interested, there's a copy in:

Hope that helps!

I'm not sure if this is the proper place to ask a question about mh -e.
If not, please point me in the right direction.

There are mh-e lists on sourceforge, where the repository is held.
Bill Wohler, the MH-E guy, is here, but I get the impression he reads
this mailing list infrequently. I don't think there's any problem with
asking here; I'm not a MH-E user so unfortunately I can't help you
with this question. I think there are other MH-E users here so perhaps
they can help you. Otherwise, I would recommend asking on the mh-e
lists which can be found here:
