Removal of Content-MD5 support
The generation and verification of Content-MD5 headers is no longer
done. FINALLY.
Man, Ralph, you are NOT GONNA LET THAT GO, are you? :-)
My personal feeling is that it was FREAKING MD5. It should have been
removed a decade ago. File it under "critical security update", not
"incompatible API change". Or maybe we're officially adopting Semantic
Versioning starting at 1.8 :-)
