Re: RFC 1114 Certificate Encoding

        Thanks to all for the various comments about the text in
Appendix A.  That text was left over from a much earlier version and
probably reflects our lack of undertsanding of some of the subtleties
of ASN encoding at the time.  I will be removing most of the words and
referring the reader to 1115 instead.
